Samantha Mackintosh has a fifteen-year career in publishing behind her, and her current day job is working in the attic like a madwoman writing her children’s books. She was born in Zambia, grew up in South Africa and now lives in England with her husband, two small children and seven ailing tropical fish.

Her first novel Kisses for Lula was published in 2010 by Egmont, to be followed by Lula does the Hula in 2011. Kisses for Lula shortlisted for the 2010 Queen of Teen Award.
